Job summary
Responsible for residential shift leadership and performs coaches and has oversight of Rehab. Tech I and IIs performance of prescribed/therapist directed clinical intervention techniques to patients in the rehabilitation setting to facilitate patient practice and increase safe and independent functioning in individual goal areas including mobility activities of daily living communication cognition health management psychosocial leisure and community integration.
Qualifications
- Certification as a CNA or bachelor s degree from an accredited university or institution of higher learning preferred or High School Diploma or G.E.D with three years of experience one year as an HNNR Rehab. Tech. completed all HNNR Core Advanced Medical Rehab Tech Skills requirements.
