    We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee a dynamic team of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers in the execution of $1-10 million food-grade chemical manufacturing projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in project planning, cross-functional collaboration, resource management, risk mitigation, and overall project success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop comprehensive project plans, delineating scope, timelines, budget, and resource requirements for the successful execution of food-grade chemical manufacturing projects.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, quality control, and regulatory affairs, ensuring seamless coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Efficiently allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project objectives and timelines.
    • Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
    • Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure that food-grade chemical manufacturing projects meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality benchmarks.
    • Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring financial accountability and adherence to cost constraints.
    • Maintain strict adherence to project timelines, identifying and addressing any delays or obstacles promptly to keep projects on schedule.
    • Facilitate effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and potential challenges.
    • Evaluate project outcomes, conduct post-project reviews, and identify areas for improvement in processes, systems, and team performance.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the food-grade chemical manufacturing industry.
    • Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
    • Effective leadership and team management abilities.
