    Our Process Control Electrician has the following responsibilities:

    • Responds to electrical trouble calls and makes necessary repairs as required.
    • Responds to electrical trouble calls 24/7 in business-critical situations when required.
    • Demonstrates ability to analyze and repair all types and voltages of electrical, electro-mechanical/pneumatic/hydraulic equipment, machines, and systems.
    • Demonstrates proficiency in analysis of plc and analog ladder logic circuits.
    • Demonstrates operational knowledge of RS Logix 500, RS Logix 5000, RS Links, Panel Builder 32 and Factory Talk View Machine Edition for control and data acquisition applications.
    • Demonstrates proficiency in the use of complex electrical test equipment.
    • Possesses the ability to work on energized circuits when required using proper safety equipment and following all procedures of the National Electrical Safety Code and Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations.
    • Maintains accurate and current documentation of monthly and random inspections.
    • Performs regular inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment.
    • Demonstrates proficiency with hand tools, power tools, shop tools and electrical construction tools and methods.
    • Assists in establishing baseline operating procedures.
    • Assists in maintaining a detailed equipment spare parts inventory.
    • Provides technical assistance and expertise to engineering and outside design engineers and contractors involving design and installation of new electrical equipment and systems when required.
    • Demonstrates the ability to work in all weather conditions, occupancies, and environments including extreme heights, temperatures, and confined spaces.
