Our client is seeking to hire a 2-5+ year Electrical Engineer to join their team in Kentucky
Description:
+ Need to understand electrical principles and knowledge, use company approved design software (Autodesk Inventor & AutoCAD Electrical) to Develop, maintain and update company drawings for harness, wiring diagrams and electrical components as needed.
+ Be subject matter expert on Electrical Design and components. Be an advocate for new technology in the industry and how it can be implemented to further the companys product offerings. Experience with PCBs and Controllers is an added benefit.
+ Prioritize manufacturing and customer service problems associated with design.
+ Audit current product offerings: electrical harness, cord sets, and components to offer solutions/suggestions for improvements relating to quality, safety, compliance, and reliability Internationally.
+ Design and build testing apparatuses for electrical lifecycle testing of components and production validation testing to reduce line down-time.
Skills:
+ Pcb design
+ Electrical engineering experience
+ Electrical design/ Autocad electrical
Must Have
+ Electrical Engineering degree or related
+ PCB design experience
+ AutoCAD Electrical
+ PLC experience is preferred
