    About the Job:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Physical Therapist or Local Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Outpatient Ortho Sports Med Practice in Charlottesville, VA.

    Job Summary:

    The successful candidate will be responsible for treating a General Orthopedic patient population with a focus on quality of care. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a motivated and experienced PT to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Treating patients with various orthopedic conditions using evidence-based practice and best clinical judgment
    • Conducting thorough assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to achieve optimal outcomes
    • Maintaining accurate records of patient progress and communicating effectively with interdisciplinary teams
    • Participating in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with industry trends and advancements

    Requirements:

    • Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association in collaboration with the American Physical Therapy Association
    • State licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee
    • A minimum of 1 year of experience in outpatient orthopedics; new graduates with 1 clinical rotation in outpatient settings considered
    • CPR certification
