Summary

This position may be located in any USDA/Rural Development (RD) office in Iowa. The incumbent has responsibility for providing State-wide leadership, guidance and review in Community and/or Business Programs for the making and servicing of loans and grants for community facilities, public utilities, and/or businesses.

Duties

• Conducts evaluation reviews of State-wide performance to determine the effectiveness of the Community and/or Business Programs services provided.
• Provides assistance to employees in the analysis of loan and grant applications.
• Performs comprehensive review and in-depth analyses of credit data to determine credit-worthiness.
• Identifies issues related to environmental concerns and fair market value.
