    As a

    Senior Business Analyst


    specializing in manufacturing, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our business processes, driving efficiency, and supporting strategic decision-making.

    The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and distribution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance overall business performance.

    Gathering:
    Engage with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives. Translate business needs into comprehensive and detailed requirements for IT solutions or process improvements. Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.

    Optimization:
    Collaborate with manufacturing teams to understand current processes and identify areas for improvement. Propose and implement process enhancements to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of recommended changes.

    Analysis and Reporting:
    Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to manufacturing processes, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Develop insightful reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for management and operational teams. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.

    Management:
    Lead and participate in projects aimed at improving manufacturing processes and systems. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

    Improvement:
    Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in manufacturing.

    Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within the enterprise and how to incorporate them into our business systems strategy.

    Requirements
    Must have degree in a relevant field. Master's degree is a plus.
    Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a manufacturing environment.
    Understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, production planning, and distribution.
    Experience with ERP platform (Syspro, SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics, etc).
    Experience in data analysis tools, and business intelligence platforms.
    Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
    Experience in leading and managing projects from inception to completion.
    Mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    Certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) are desirable.
