    Icon Concerts is seeking a stellar Marketing Associate to join our growing touring business The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter capable of working cross-functionally on the planning and implementing marketing projects.

    This candidate should be enthusiastic about touring and interested in learning more and growing.

    As part of the Marketing Team, this position will report to the Marketing Director and collaborate with the Digital Marketing Coordinators to learn how to execute marketing campaigns for live events.

    The position will also manage the on-salecalendars and act as the hub for on-sale needs as they arise.
    ResponsibilitiesOversee Icon Concerts' on-sale calendar with Marketing Team and Booking Team.
    Act as an initial conduit with venue marketing teams to detail on-sale timing, strategy, and asset needs.
    Assist and organize digital asset management.
    Contribute to all stages of marketing campaigns for events across different venues.
    Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities.
    Perform a range of marketing support duties related to the marketing team's daily operations, including social media.
    Oversee and post on Icon Concert's social media handles.
    Create and manage various reports to track marketing activities through AirTable tracking.
    Work on various paid media dashboards for digital marketing, including Meta, TikTok, Google, and more.
    Prepare, format, and edit a range of documents.
    Understand Icon's clients and brands.
    General office duties.
    QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
    Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), Airtable and DropBox.
    Effective written and verbal communication skills.
    A high level of attention to detail.
    Positive attitude and flexibility when needed.
    Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
    Good organization skills and ability to multitask.

    Previous experience in marketing support for a department is a big PLUS; experience in communications, marketing, public relations, education, and/or graphics design is also a plus.

    Proficiency in Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications is a PLUS.#J-18808-Ljbffr
