    About the position of Sr. Accounts Payable Specialist at Trisian-Global Consulting LLC: Trisian-Global Consulting LLC is on the lookout for a highly skilled Sr. Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in Memphis. The primary focus will revolve around ensuring prompt vendor invoice payments, as well as handling prepayments efficiently.

    • Process and review invoices and expense reports diligently
    • Ensure timely and accurate payment processing
    • Reconcile vendor statements promptly and handle discrepancies
    • Maintain precise accounts payable records
    • Communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues
    • Assist in month-end and year-end audit procedures
    • Generate and scrutinize accounts payable reports as necessary
    • Spot opportunities for process enhancements and implement efficiency-boosting changes
    • Provide guidance to junior accounts payable staff
    • Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure on-time and accurate payment processing
    • Stay informed about industry developments and alterations in accounts payable regulations

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • Minimum of 5 years of accounts payable experience, ideally in a senior or lead capacity
    • Thorough grasp of accounts payable processes and procedures
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and adeptness in Oracle computerized payables system, Kofax, or similar ERP software
    • Keen attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
    • Capability to work autonomously and in team settings
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Effective analytical and problem-solving capabilities
    • Adaptability to shifting priorities and deadlines
