- Greet customers and provide a warm and welcoming experience upon arrival.
- Assist customers with vehicle dropoff and pickup, ensuring all necessary paperwork and information is collected.
- Direct customers to the appropriate service advisor or technician, based on their needs.
- Maintain organized and clean service lanes, ensuring all vehicles are properly tagged and labeled.
- Monitor vehicle flow and communicate with service advisors and technicians as needed to efficiently manage workload.
- Provide updates to customers on the status of their vehicle repairs and estimated completion times.
- Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns or issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Keep accurate records of all incoming and outgoing vehicles, including mileage and service notes.
- Ensure the service area and customer waiting areas are clean and inviting.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

The Service Valet at Frank Kent Motor Company in Arlington, Texas is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry.
This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients by assisting with vehicle maintenance and service needs.
The service valet will be the primary point of contact for customers dropping off and picking up their vehicles and will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $15 per hour, paid weekly.
