Sr Thermal R&D Engineer - Santa Clara

Job summary
We design and manufacture a wide range of innovative connectors as well as cable assemblies for diverse applications including server, storage, data center, mobile, RF networking industrial business equipment automotive.
As a Thermal R&D Engineer on our Power Solutions R&D engineering team you will work in collaboration within the cross-functional team and with customers to develop the latest technology for the Power Solutions product portfolio.
The role is responsible for the use of thermal models analyses Computational Fluid Dynamics CFD simulations lab test correlation to drive thermal management of our product development product solutions for our customers.
Responsibilities- Provide accurate modeling thermal simulations characterization power products system architecture
- Correlate simulation results test data
- Provide design guidance consideration customers power applications against their design requirements.
