- Perform quality control (QC) testing on the production floor, including metal detection checks, leak tests, percentage tests, and more
- Conduct line audits every hour on each production line, covering 1st piece, in-process, and final inspections/QC tests
- Utilize calculations to determine material percentages and total ounces
- Carry out basic tests such as moisture, salt, and fat using automated methods
- Record daily numbers and testing results in both paper and computer formats
- Collaborate with production staff daily to conduct QC checks and address any errors
