Looking for a great opportunity? Superior Paving LLC is currently seeking dedicated and hardworking general laborers to join their team.

As a laborer you'll play a crucial role in assisting with various tasks related to asphalt paving and maintenance. This position offers an opportunity to work outside, be part of a dynamic team and includes a SIGN ON BONUS

Assist with the preparation of worksites for asphalt paving projects, including clearing debris, marking boundaries, and setting up traffic control devices.

Operate hand and power tools such as shovels, rakes, tampers, and compactors to assist in the paving process.
Load and unload materials and equipment onto trucks and trailers, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Assist paving crew with laying asphalt, spreading, and smoothing it evenly to achieve desired thickness and finish.
Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team members.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including proper disposal of waste and debris.

Some construction experience preferred but willing to take on the right person.
