- Security Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Highly technical role providing post sales Engineering Design/Architecture, Operational, and Support of
- Juniper products within a customer infrastructure.
- Ideal candidate will have 5+ years Network Engineering Design/Architecture, Operational, and Support experience in Service Provider, Enterprise, and Data Center network environments.
- The candidate must have a detailed understanding of protocols used for IP networks and proven technical expertise in the configuration, troubleshooting and operation of IP based routers, switches, and security devices.
- Juniper products to be supported: MX, EX, QFX, and SRX
- Experience with SRX Firewall products/software, SRX High Availability (Clustering), IPSec VPN, and some understanding and experience with Security Management Platform (i.
- Experience with L2 switching environments.
- Experience with Data Center EVPN VXLAN environments is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively work independently and function in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and work calmly under pressure.
- Ability to prioritize work activity to achieve customer and account team goals.
- Expert level relationship management, communications skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively work with advanced services, customer engineers and JTAC to resolve hardware and software issues and implement solutions.
- Ability to effectively communicate case status updates and deliver root cause analysis.
- Support informal and formal technology briefings and training sessions.
