    Genesis10 is currently seeking a Helpdesk Support Engineer with our Corporate Investment Banking Company client in their Boston, MA locationThis is a 6 month + contract position

    Summary:

    Seeking a Helpdesk Support EngineerResponsibilities:

    Providing client support and system monitoringPerforming backups and prepares backup tapes for storage and conduct and monitor computer processingConducting backups, providing technical support to clients by responding to emails, answering phone calls, and fulfilling report requestsMonitoring the status of equipment such as; PCs, printersPerforming file transfers Perform project work when requiredTroubleshooting issues to a resolutionRequirements:Associates (2 year) degree or equivalent experienceMust have expertise in MS Windows XP and application installations and must be able to effectively troubleshoot, work with customers and have strong organizational and record keeping skillsA minimum of 2 years' relevant experience requiredClient communicationActive directoryTroubleshooting skillsFamiliarity with pulse secure, Cisco, JabraOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this positionPay rate range:$ $29.00 hourly.
