The 4-H CE Supervisor 1 will build bridges between counties, managing conflict and providing consistent leadership, with a focus on supervision, programmatic leadership, training, budgeting and administration.

They will also build community partnerships, conduct program evaluation, and ensure policy compliance among the 4-H programs within their counties.
