Job Description: Angels of Care currently has opportunities for part-time and full-time certified Physical Therapists (PT).

Job summary
A certified Physical Therapist (PT) will implement treatment programs to assist pediatric patients with physical disabilities by planning administering physical therapy services in the home.
The PT will meet patient family goals by performing evaluations interpreting assessment results developing appropriate treatment plans creating implementing treatment interventions maximizing individual child potential participating educating coaching empowering caregivers family members designing instructing patients family caregivers in exercise programs documenting patient care services maintaining confidentiality.
