    As a critical component of our operations, Annapolis Micro Systems is seeking skilled PCB Designers to join our team.

    Summary

    Responsibilities

    • Design and layout complex printed circuit boards (PCBs) using advanced toolsets, including Mentor Graphics, Altium Designer, and Cadence Allegro:
      • Multilayer stackups (up to 26+ layers)
      • Controlled impedance calculations
      • High-density component placement (up to 6000+ components)
      • Power and ground plane design
      • Route single-ended and differential routes, including 25 Gbps+ serial links
      • Create and verify component decals
    • Design and layout digital, analog, and mixed-signal layouts:
      • Highly sensitive circuits (>100dB isolation)
      • High-speed signals and clocks (up to 5GHz and beyond)
    • Create and verify schematic symbols
    • Generate and maintain BOMs and fabrication documentation to support on-site production

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
    • COVID-19 vaccination requirement
    • At least 1 year of PCB design experience
    • Detail-oriented and passionate work ethic
    • Good communication skills
    • U.S. citizenship
