- Welding materials together using SMAW (shielded metal arc welding) and/or GMAW (gas metal arc welding)
- Gouging processes (air carbon arc, plasma arc, oxy-fuel)\
- Cutting processes (mechanical and power tools, oxy-fuel plasma arc, air carbon arc, electric arc)
- Cleaning and checking for defects and shape component parts
- Performing quality control
- Following directions given in drawings, blue prints and work orders
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- 1+ years prior experience preferred.
- Good communication skills
- Experience with all four welding models
- Ability to pass a background, drug, and physical test upon hire.
