    Description

    The Therapy Program Manager is responsible for daily operations and direction of the assigned rehab program. They manage clinical responsibility, customer and team communication, and ensure program compliance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Schedule and facilitate daily staff coverage at the facility level
    • Manage accuracy of EOM process mid-month and perform ongoing accuracy checks
    • Assist with facility orientation for new hires
    • Participate in facility meetings including UR, Rehab, Falls, and QA sessions
