    Job Summary

    The EHR Analysts (Clinical Applications) will execute a new electronic health record's system development life cycle (SDLC). This includes, but is not limited to, conducting the EHR system build, system configuration, and supporting the workflow design. This role will develop and maintain documentation following business service management standards, policies, and procedures. The analyst will ensure system design requirements and documentation are synchronized with workflow changes. Analysts will actively participate in all phases and activities related to their scope of work within the SDLC. This role will execute a quality management plan tailored to the specific area of responsibility.

    This role will involve participating in operational and integrated workgroups to assess user feedback, gather requirements for configuration, and review/audit system build.

    The Analyst will meet regularly with team members and project leadership to discuss the status of deliverables, issues, change communications, and updates.

    Analysts will conduct a peer review of the work product and troubleshoot problems and questions to maintain a defect-free environment.

    Analysts will collaborate with end-users, vendor representatives, project leadership, and other teams to ensure the design, build, and implementation are successful and meet the needs of the business.

    This is a hybrid work position. This position will monitor and resolve error work queues for imaging results and scheduling requests.

    In addition, this position will support third-party applications that are integrated with our EHR; this includes but is not limited to PowerScribe, NucTrac, Qaelum, ACRConnect, and Workflow Intelligence.

    Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No Preferred Education/Experience

    The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Business Administration, Health Administration and/or Healthcare preferred. Prefer 3 years of healthcare, information technology, or related experience.
