    Job DescriptionCSI Recruiting is working with a Dallas-based E&P firm in their search for a Senior Facilities Engineer.

    Client is specifically seeking current or recent experience working as a Facilities Engineer focused on Permian Basin assets, as that region will be the primary concentration of the role.

    Our client maintains a professional and collaborative office environment, where employees will work across disciplines and team with both in-office and field staff to accomplish objectives.

    The Senior Facilities Engineer will support day-to-day operations activity in a conventional, vertically developed high
    • CO2 gas field.

    The position will be responsible for:

    New Infrastructure Design & ConstructionGenerate PFDs for new oil and gas infrastructureGenerate designs and P&IDs for multi-well oil and gas wellsite facilitiesGenerate and maintain pipeline gathering system models, and generate designs for oil, gas and water gathering systemsGenerate detailed AFEs and project management plans for all capital projectsSolicit bids from general contractors, and oversee all permitting and construction activities through commissioning of facilitiesFacility Engineering ManagementProvide day-to-day engineering support for company operated facilities infrastructure including but not limited to a major CO2 Processing, field dehydration and compression, water recycling, electric generation facilities.

    Optimize gas gathering system & field compressionWork with EPC consultants for major plant projects as neededMulti
    • Disciplinary Collaboration
    • Work with:Supply Chain team to ensure cost competitive equipment procurementProduction Operations to trouble shoot and de bottleneck all active facilities as well as ensure the efficient start up of all new infrastructureProduction Engineering & Operations to ensure new well batteries are designed to handle expected production criteriaReservoir Engineering to ensure new batteries are designed consistently with expectationsAccounting on Monthly Plant LOS ProcessRegulatory Department to ensure 100% regulatory complianceRequirementsBS Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 10 years engineering experience within the domestic, onshore upstream oil & gas industry.
    Experience in design of oil and gas infrastructure requiredCompression experience requiredRefrigeration & CO2 processing experience would be an asset
