    Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT)

    Location: Auburn, Washington

    We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality occupational therapy services to clients in the Auburn area.

    Job Summary:

    This is a full-time position that requires at least 1+ years of experience in occupational therapy. The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program and valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Washington.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
    • Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance clients' abilities.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
    • Monitor and document client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
    • Educate clients and families on therapeutic techniques and strategies for improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
    • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Washington.
    • Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
