    Our mission is to provide desperately needed, insurance-based access to virtual treatment that works for kids and teens with mod/severe anxiety & OCD.

    Through this mission, we are expanding access to care, increasing engagement in treatment, and improving treatment outcomes.

    We are doing this by combining research-backed clinical care and innovative technology to eliminate the major problems with care today: difficulty finding providers, months of waiting to be seen, arduous onboarding processes, and inconsistent use of evidence based therapies and outcomes tracking.

    You will be an active and instrumental member of the Product Team, which is charged with creating the right digital experiences to delight our users (patients, families and InStride clinical staff)
    You will be responsible for understanding the capabilities of our external and internally developed systems in order to solve complex problems through configuration and integration
    You will synthesize user workflows and translate them into thoughtful solutions across our systems including external CRM, EHR, and billing software, as well as our internally developed software
    You will collaborate with operations, clinical staff, designers, and engineers to create and validate solutions to address user needs
    You will contribute to training and support for users of these workflows
    You will perform analysis and user research to inform, measure, and iterate on product development
    You will use both quantitative and qualitative data as evidence to support your product recommendations
    3+ years of software product management experience using agile methodologies
    ~ Experience configuring large technical systems (CRM, EHR, as examples)
    ~ Ability to debug technical issues using resources available online
    ~ Flexible and open to change and new information, utilizing an entrepreneurial mindset
    ~ Experience with business intelligence tools is a plus
    ~ Ground floor entry into a company that is changing the landscape of pediatric mental health treatment
    Ability to help thousands of children and families get the care they need
