    Description
    *Job Overview*
    We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive reproductive and gynecological care to women. Help improve health outcomes through comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, treatment plans, and health education to patients across their lifespan, from adolescence through menopause.

    *Duties*

    * Gynecological & Reproductive Care: Managing menstrual disorders, providing contraception, performing pelvic exams, treating acute conditions (e.g. UTIs and vaginal infections) and addressing menopause symptoms.
    * Obstetric Care: Providing prenatal, antenatal, and postpartum care.
    * Preventive Health: Performing health screenings (mammogram referrals, STI testing) and offering health education.
    * Ordering and interpreting labs, ultrasounds, and other tests
    * Conduct thorough physical examinations and detailed patient assessments to determine health status and needs.
    * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations.
    * Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks to ensure seamless patient care documentation.
    * Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical records while adhering to NCQA standards for quality assurance.
    * No nights, no weekends

    *Qualifications*

    * Valid Nurse Practitioner license with current certification in Washington state.
    * Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks.
    * Excellent communication skills and efficiency to work as part of a collaborative provider team.
    * Experience with GYN procedures such as IUD/Nexplanon placement and endometrial/vulvar biopsy is preferred.
