    Your Role

    We are hiring a Project Manager to support large capital expenditure projects and expansions in the life science industry.

    Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements related to medical device build-out.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and success criteria. Coordinate the efforts of cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
    Conduct risk assessments to inform project decision-making. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.

    Work closely with construction companies and engineering firms on large commissioning and qualification projects, ensuring vendors are on schedule, while qualifying new vendors when required.

    Monitor and control project costs, identifying and addressing budget variances.
    Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
    Manage expectations and ensure alignment between project goals and business objectives.
    Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
    Additional responsibilities as required.

    Requirements

    Senior level, must have 5-10 years of capital expenditure PM experience within the medical device/life science industry.
    Junior level, must have 2-6 years of capital expenditure PM experience within the medical device/life science industry .
    Experience working closely with engineering firms and construction companies.
    Experience leading large commissioning and qualification projects.
    Strong vendor management experience.
    PMP certification is a plus.
    Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the life science sector.
    Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    Strong organization and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once.
    Travel is required. At PSC Biotech, many of our projects and clients are located in various regions around the country. Therefore, we value candidates who are willing and able to travel as needed for project assignments and client engagements.

    The ability to adapt to different locations, cultures, and work environments is essential, as it allows our team members to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues nationally.
