- Develop and validate protective packaging solutions for finished components.
- Design packaging to optimize transport efficiency and perform containerization analysis.
- Collaborate closely with assembly planning to ensure ergonomic storage solutions at the line-side.
- Work with international teams in North America, India, and China, and coordinate with logistics, procurement, manufacturing, and transportation departments to align packaging solutions.
- Bachelors degree in Packaging, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of industrial packaging experience.
- Proficiency in Creo or similar electronic drafting software.
- Familiarity with packaging materials, suppliers, and PackAssist software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- APICS CPIM or CSPC certification.
- Experience in 6 Sigma project teams.
