- Offer telephone assessments, counseling, and referrals.
- Proficient in addressing various developmental stages.
- Skilled in diverse treatment methods, including individual, group, family, and child therapy.
- Compliance with organizational, departmental, state/federal regulations, and policies.
- Engage in Quality Management and Continuous Quality Improvement activities.
- Experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years of postgraduate mental health therapy experience in the last five (5) years.
- Education:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related behavioral health fields.
- License, Certification, Registration
- California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
- National Provider Identifier
- Proficiency in utilizing current DSM classification.
- Demonstrate consistent superior service and cultural sensitivity.
