Job summary
We are seeking a Lead Front Desk Attendant who has excellent communication and customer service skills to greet guests as they enter and exit the facility.The role involves supervising the front desk team and carrying out multiple functions in a timely manner,
including directing phone calls to their respective destinations, annotating clear messages,
communicating with departments to get messages delivered,
scheduling appointments,
receiving payments,
and remaining aware of safety alert systems.
