    Description

    Job Title: Beauty Advisor

    International Shoppes, a high-end luxury retail company with store locations in international airports, seeks top performers for full-time and part-time Este Lauder beauty advisor roles.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage and assist customers in makeup, skincare, and fragrance departments.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to achieve sales goals.
    • Serve as an expert on brand specifics, services, merchandise, and procedures.
    • Offer product demonstrations and discover customer needs through probing questions.
    • Demonstrate products and describe results and benefits to customers.
    • Execute merchandising and operational functions to company standards.
    • Maintain cleanliness of testers and fixtures in makeup and skincare areas.

    Requirements:

    • 1-2 years experience selling a product or service.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
    • Excellent ability to manage and build relationships.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals.
    • Advanced skills in communicating, selling, and negotiating.
    • Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs.
