Program Director Job Description

Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to oversee and manage all aspects of our programs and initiatives as a Program Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans for program administration, budget management, and evaluation reporting.
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure program goals are met and provide leadership and guidance to program staff.
Manage program services, personnel, and budget within established parameters.
Identify new opportunities and projects to support the growth and development of YAP, Inc. programs and services.

Requirements:

Master's Degree in Health and Human Services Area (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, etc.).
Minimum one year of experience in community-based agency program management.
Bi-lingual/Spanish speaking applicants are a plus.
