    About the Role

    The Human Resources Manager will play a key role in building a culture of excellence within our organization during a period of rapid growth and scale.

    This individual will spearhead initiatives aimed at fostering performance, engagement, and inclusivity across all levels of the team. They will collaborate closely with senior leaders to evolve our company's growing culture.



    Key Responsibilities:


    • Centralize Performance Management processes to drive overall company, departmental, and individual employee performance;

    • Manage Employee Relations issues; develop response processes, address concerns, and mitigate risk for the organization;

    • Create impactful Culture & Engagement initiatives to make us an ideal working environment where people thrive and grow;

    • Oversight on benefits administration and maximizing offerings through partnership with People Operations;
