    Job Title: Full-time LPN

    We are hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Silver Springs. This role involves direct care responsibilities as well as supervisor responsibility for caregivers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervising nursing personnel to deliver high-quality patient care
    • Coordinating care delivery to ensure residents' needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice
    • Implementing physician orders, facility policies and procedures, and federal, state and local guidelines

    Requirements:

    • 2-3 years of clinical experience, preferably in gerontological nursing including dementia population
    • A valid and current LPN/LVN state license
    • Ability to read thermometers, charts, and testing equipment; must be able to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner
