- Maintaining and tracking all special client billing guidelines and requirements, including special fee agreements and special rates including multi-currency cases for our London office
- Providing Billing support for an assigned list of Bill Signers in processing accurate invoices and meet monthly billing deadlines.
- Reviewing monthly prebills and invoices for case setup adherence to client billing guidelines and requirements.
- Maintaining and tracking all special client billing guidelines and requirements, including special fee agreements and special rates, tax and currency requirements. Coordinating the timely billing of Outside Expert Invoices, following the case billing terms.
- Coordinating billing advisement communications between bill signers and their support team
- Processing billing advisements including applying discounts, multi-payor agreements and pulling disbursement backup as required
- Ensuring setup, processing and tracking electronic bill submission statuses for cases requiring electronic invoice submissions
- Monitoring WIP and reporting on billing status by case at month end
- Working with Accounts Receivable in providing requested bill information or revisions as requested in collection of Outstanding invoices
- Working with Accounts Payable to coordinate timely inclusion of Outside Expert invoices
- Gathering and preparing billing-related information, as requested by case Officer or their designee
- As requested, provide backup billing support for billing team members
- 3+ years of billing experience that demonstrates increasing capability and responsibility; professional services experience preferred. International billing experience a plus.
- 2+ years of directly related experience, in a professional services environment preferred
- International billing experience a plus
- Strong experience with billing software - CMS/Aderant or Elite is preferred and CMS/Aderant experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of MS Office required
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education, skills and experience

The Billing Coordinator will have primary responsibility for providing billing support for an assigned list of bill signers and their experts. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: ensuring new cases are set-up according to client billing guidelines, processing invoices based on billing advisements and complex billing arrangements, E-Billing, and producing reports as requested.
