    HubSpot is looking for talented self-starter to join our HRIS team as an Intern.

    This role will provide valuable exposure to students who are looking to grow their career in the HR Technology space.

    The HRIS Intern will get the opportunity to work closely with Senior Analysts and play a vital role in providing administrative support, handling employee inquiries, and assisting with cross-functional HRIS projects.

    This is a full time (40 hours/week) role from September-December.

    This role can be done in office in Cambridge, MA, Flex, or Remotely within the US.

    What You Can Expect


    • Training: You will be mentored by our experienced team members and get hands-on training of our HR system.
    • Workday Support Inbox Management: You will provide Tier 1 assistance to the HRIS request tickets.
    • Workday Project Management: You will have the opportunity to assist on cross functional projects and gain stakeholder management experience.
    • Implementation: You will assist the HRIS Team on implementing new features and system enhancements and play a part in our project lifecycles.
    • Showcase: You will get to present your work at the end of your internship to the wider HRIS team.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Currently enrolled in an educational program through December 2024
    • The ability to work 40 hours/week M-F, from September-December.
    • Demonstrates ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes.
    • Excellent communication skills; strong focus on responsiveness and customer service.
    • Ability to work with confidential information & must consistently exercise good judgment.
    • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in seeking clarification and asking questions when needed.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and GSuite Apps
    • Exposure to HR-related software, and knowledge of project management tools is a plus.

    Cash compensation range: 21-21 USD Hourly

    The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot's bonus plan for eligible roles.

    In addition to cash compensation, all HubSpotters are eligible to participate in HubSpot's equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs).

    Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.

    Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
