Job Title: Telecommunications Specialist

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you As our Telecommunications Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our state-of-the-art telephony network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the mastermind behind the administration and support of our advanced VoIP PBX phone systems, Contact Center applications, Voice Mail, and more.
• Take charge of end-user telephone configurations, including creation, removal, changes, and phone deployment.
• Keep track of all our Telecom equipment using our sophisticated Inventory Management System.
• Stay ahead of potential issues by routinely monitoring our telephony systems.
• Collaborate with team members to prepare and upgrade systems.
• Create user training documentation, provide user training, and supply additional information necessary for the proper use of the telecommunications equipment.
• Be the go-to person for support on telecom service request tickets.

Skills Required:

• 1+ years of experience working within IT, or a 2-year degree in the IT/telecommunication industry.
• General knowledge of IT Infrastructure.
• Basic working knowledge of VoIP PBX and Call Center systems.
• Proficient computer skills, including Windows-based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to perform routine local and remote telephone system, voicemail, contact center, and call recording software administration.
• Ability to provide level 1 technical support for work order request tickets on voice communication equipment
