    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct patient care, including health coaching and education
    • Assist with discharge planning and coordination of care
    • Perform basic nursing procedures such as medication administration, and vital signs monitoring
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
    • Utilize electronic health record systems
    • Assist with diagnostic procedures, such as sonography and ophthalmology exams
    • Provide behavioral health support to patients

    Skills:

    • Valid license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to lift and move patients safely
    • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
    • Familiarity with electronic health record systems

    Job Types:

    $ $28.00 per hour
