    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a motivated and driven Junior Lead Generation Salesperson to join our growing sales team.

    In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, nurturing relationships, and generating sales opportunities across the western U.S.

    The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales.

    *Responsibilities: * *Lead Generation:
    • Proactively research and identify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling (50+ calls per day), email campaigns, social media, and networking events.

    * *Qualification:
    • Conduct initial outreach to prospects to assess their needs, qualify their interest, and determine their readiness to engage with our products or services.

    * *Relationship Building:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with leads through ongoing communication and follow-up to understand their pain points and tailor solutions accordingly.

    * *Pipeline Management:
    • Manage and prioritize a pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-up and regular updates to relevant stakeholders.

    $41, $49,765.66 per year
