- Identifying Partnership Opportunities: Scout and identify potential partners within academia, industry, and healthcare organizations that align with our strategic goals and innovation needs.
- Proactively initiate and navigate uncharted territory, demonstrating a strong self-starter attitude, to effectively pioneer and establish new directions without explicit guidance or predefined pathways.
- Facilitating Collaborative Projects: Act as a bridge between Philips and ecosystem partners, facilitating collaborative projects that leverage collective strengths to drive AI innovation in healthcare.
- Organizing Innovation Events: Plan and execute innovation events, such as hackathons, workshops, and conferences, to foster knowledge sharing, spark creativity, and strengthen our community ties.
- Managing Ecosystem Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with all ecosystem partners, ensuring a vibrant and active collaboration network.
- Strategic Ecosystem Expansion: Continuously assess the health and diversity of our ecosystem, identifying gaps and strategic opportunities for expansion to ensure it remains dynamic and conducive to innovation.
- Advocacy and Influence: Represent Philips in external forums, advocating for the use of AI in healthcare and influencing the direction of AI research and development through active engagement and thought leadership.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or relevant work experience. Additional qualifications in AI or Data Science.
- 10+ years of experience in partnership development, ecosystem building, or a related field in AI, within the Technology/MedTech/Healthcare sectors.
- Strong network within academia, technology, and healthcare communities, with a proven track record of fostering productive partnerships.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to plan and execute events that engage and inspire a diverse set of stakeholders. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and collaborating effectively across a wide range of disciplines and cultures.
- Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities for innovation and collaboration.
- Leadership qualities, including the ability to manage projects and teams across different geographic locations and cultures.
