What You'll Be Doing:
You'll showcase your leadership abilities by supervising 2-5 team members. Your main responsibilities will include ensuring that tasks are carried out safely, efficiently, and up to the required standards. As a Crew Leader, you will be in charge of overseeing crews involved in various services such as basic maintenance, landscape installation, as well as supportive tasks like irrigation, seasonal color management, and chemical applications.
