    Description
    Colorado Springs, Colorado, Primary Care Physician Opening

    ~ Clinical Role:

    ~ Seeking a physician Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine
    ~ Minimum 3 years' experience & leadership background - Required
    ~ Covid Vaccination - Required
    ~ Permanent, on-site position
    ~ Treat Adult and Geriatric patients
    ~ Average: 14-16 patients per day
    ~


    EMR:

    EPIC
    ~ Group size: 2 physicians, 1 APP
    ~ Care-team model with RN and clinical MAs that help with in basket support
    ~ On-call is phone-only and shared in a rotation
    ~ Ancillary services within the facility include lab, x-ray, cardiac rehab, orthopedics, endocrinology, wound care, and physical therapy
    ~ Integrated behavioral health on site

    ~ Schedule:

    ~4 day shifts in clinic per week
    ~1 day admin work from home
    ~ Weekend / On call 1:10, 7:00 am-7:00 am
