    JOB SUMMARY:



    This role involves safely loading and unloading equipment onto trucks and trailers, washing equipment, conducting inspections, and reporting any damages. You'll also be responsible for minor repairs, performing PM services, working in various weather conditions, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills, and interacting with customers professionally.



    COMPETENCIES:
    • General technical service skills or mechanical aptitude.
    • Must possess strong organizational and self-motivation abilities to work independently.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Some level of computer and software proficiency is necessary.
    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
    • High School diploma required.
    • Preferably a college degree or ongoing education in a technical field.
    • Minimum one year of relevant experience in construction or power equipment service and repair, or equivalent educational background.
    • Basic knowledge of Caterpillar equipment and engines, as well as the use of Caterpillar tools.
    • Flexibility to work varied hours.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:


    Lifting/Carrying: 40 lb. lift/carry and 50 lb. pulling.


    Standing/Sitting: Up and downstairs, standing, sitting, and climbing into machines.


    Dexterity: Normal.


    Repetitive Motions: Frequent use of hands, wrists, and fingers.


    Work environment noise levels range from quiet in office settings to moderate to loud in other situations, with occasional sudden loud noises.
