Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to individuals with various medical conditions
• Conduct patient assessments, administer medications, treatments, and procedures
• Develop and monitor nursing care plans
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for patient care
• Educate patients and families on medical conditions and treatment
• Document patient information accurately
• Respond to changes in patients' conditions promptly
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Indiana
• 1.5-2+ years of recent experience
• Experience in reading and responding to cardiac monitors
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable being floated to different units
• Remain calm under pressure
• Proficient in vital signs and medication administration
• Active BLS certification and other medical compliance
