New Orleans is a historical and cultural gem of the United States located along the roaring Mississippi River in Southeastern Louisiana.

Long traditions like Mardi Gras, Jazz, Cajun cuisine, oak trees and exquisite architecture make The Big Easy the unique and beloved city known around the world.

Staying true to the local motto, laissez les bon temps rouler (let the good times roll) New Orleanians celebrate life's gifts with parades, festivals, and second lines.

More than ten years after Hurricane Katrina, NDA New Orleans is serving in schools and non-profits to empower our community through knowledge and compassion.

Member Duties :

Partnering with 9 local schools and nonprofits, our team is revitalizing the New Orleans community from the ground up.

We're having fun while working with K-12 students for 11 months.

Our members use all their talents to support by any of the following:

assisting lead teachers in the classroom, support special education student(s), conduct small reading groups, give individual support to student(s) in all academic areas and assist with college readiness.
