- The Clinical Manager will assist with developing departmental goals, standards and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
- This role involves managing staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict resolution. It also encompasses scheduling, staff development recruitment payroll student engagements budget monitoring regulatory compliance contract vendor relations equipment supply purchases usage maintenance stock levels
- A key responsibility is assessing patient care delivered coordinating services with patients physicians other departments providing direct patient care when necessary creating fostering an environment encouraging professional growth integrating evidence-based practices operations clinical protocols

Our Neuro/Ortho/Peds unit is a 24-bed specialty med/surg unit that sees a variety of neuro and ortho patients for scheduled procedures and trauma events as well as pediatric patients. The team is experienced and supportive, often complimented by patients for their collaborative teamwork.
