Maintenance Assistant/Environmental Floor Tech - Atlanta

Job summary
Perform day to day Environmental Services function and specific task as assigned and in accordance with established Environmental Service procedure.
Responsibilities
- Sweep, dust map, wet mop, buff, strip wax all common area.
- Clean handrails,vacuum and shampoo carpets,moves beds.
- Assist with resident move in,resident room change programm set up,clean walls,furniture remove trash throughout the center.
- Clean and disinfect equipment ensure that work areas are free of hazardous objects properly store tools supplies at all times maintain universal precautions infection control fire safety sanitation procedures promptly report hazardous conditions accidents Plant Operations Director Executive Director.
