SUMMARYA night auditor at a hotel has two primary responsibilities. This hotel employee must act as a front desk agent on the night shift, answering phones, registering guests, accepting payments, and providing other customer service. Records are kept electronically, so night auditors must do most of the accounting work on a computer. This position can be a full time or part time position.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Needs to have good customer relations skills. A friendly and professional tone and actions are vital. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. some work experience in customer service or bookkeeping. Computer skills are an advantage in the hiring process since most modern night auditors and reservation clerks use computers. It is helpful to have knowledge of Excel and Word.
WORKING CONDITIONS
This is an onsite office position.
The hours are from Midnight to 8 am. This would include weekends also.
