    $60,000 – $65,000 per yr plus benefits

    • Handling accounts payable and receivable related to payroll. Check
    • Got payroll questions? You're the go-to guru for timecards, accruals, and adjustments.

    Leave Management Extraordinaire:

    • Leaves of absence? Paid time off? You'll orchestrate these like a maestro.
    • Coordinating with employees to manage their time off effectively? You've got this.
    • Ever heard of PMFLA and FMLA? You'll be their backstage manager.
    • Workers' Compensation? You'll navigate it like a seasoned sailor.

    Benefits Whisperer:

    • Signing up employees for benefits? Consider it done.
    • Benefit queries? You'll unravel them with finesse.
    • Online meetings to unveil emerging benefits? You're the host with the most.
    • Adjusting benefit plans? You'll be the architect of employee happiness.

    Compliance Champion:

    • Auditing benefit enrollment reports? Sherlock Holmes would be proud.
    • Leading benefit audits (including the 401K and 403b)? You're the audit trailblazer.
    • State leave programs? You'll be the expert, ensuring harmony between company benefits and state laws.

    What You Will Bring:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 3 years of experience in Benefits and Leave Management
    • Great knowledge of and experience with ADP

    A dedicated team of professionals who have chosen to join an organization with a forty year history of serving people with mental illness, developmental disabilities, brain injury and autism in the community.     At work, we are psychiatrists, social workers, clinicians, nurses, behavior specialists, peer specialists, board certified behavior analysts, direct service staff and employment specialists.
