    Description:
    We are looking for Financial Data Analyst.

    Candidate will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to provide valuable insights to our clients.

    The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and have strong experience with Power BI, SQL and advanced Excel formulas and dashboards.


    Responsibilities:


    Own the entire process of building Finance data analytics dashboards through business requirement gathering, data transformation, visualization preparation, documentation, and governance.

    Understand Financial processes to effectively analyze large datasets and derive meaningful insights complex segmentation.

    Design and develop complex data queries to move and transform data from data sources to dashboards with visualization that will be easy to be reviewed by management.

    Explore, learn, and understand large data models, create documentation, and build reports.
    Translate business requirement to technical criteria for data analysis.
    Database maintenance, segmentation, maintain data integrity and clean up data as needed.
    Use Power BI and Advanced Microsoft Excel to build reports, visualizations, and dashboards to present insights from the data.
    Interpret needs and design reports to meet expectations.
    Create SQL queries to segment, manipulate, and format data.
    Identify and automate querying process based on feasibility.
    Build automations to ingest, transfer, move, upload, and manipulate data.
    Document and keep procedures for all reporting activities and tasks up to date.
    Manage multiple tasks effectively.

    Requirements:

    5+ years of experience working as a Financial Data Analyst.
    Experience with financial reporting.
    3+ years of Power BI reporting experience.
    Excellent hands-on in Advanced MS Excel.
    3+ years of experience creating Excel formulas and pivot tables.
    Advanced query development proficiency.
    Demonstrated financial modeling and analysis skills.
    Experience working as a Business Analyst is a plus.
    Ability to analyze data and confirm accuracy through in-depth review.
    Ability to articulate technical issues to a non-technical audience.
    Ability to take direction, learn quickly, work independently.
    Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
