    02/05/2018 We are looking for a result-driven Digital Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. **Remote Opportunity.**

    The Sales Associates responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products/services and recommend the right solutions. You should also be able to promptly resolve customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful as a Sales associate, you should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our stores visual appearance in high standards. Ultimately, the duties of a sales associate are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting your sales goals.

    YOU WILL...

    **Set Appointments -** Independent sales representatives are usually responsible for obtaining their own sales leads and for setting appointments based on those leads. VetBiz Live will provide you with relevant client leads. You will be responsible to setting appointments, staying in contact with the customers, and showing up to appointments on time.

    **Present to Customers -** You are required to present the products/services that we sell in an attractive manner. You must have intimate knowledge of the products/services and be able to answer any questions customers may have.

    **Close Sales -** This is how we both make our money. You must be able to turn a presentation into a sale for the benefit of a paycheck and to secure your position with the company.

    **Paperwork -** Once a sale has been closed, you must get everything down on paper. Dot the "I's" and cross the "T's"/ You must be proficient in filling out the required paperwork and obtaining the proper signatures from the client. You must be able to do all of these things independently.

    **Sales Representative Skills and Qualifications:**

    Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Territory Management, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Motivation for Sales.

    Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:

    Serves customers by selling products/services; meeting customer needs.

    Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

    Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.

    Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.

    Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature.

    Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

    Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.

    Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

    Resolves customer concerns by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

    Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

    Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

    Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
